As a husband & wife duo; we are combining our skillsets of BOH & FOH to bring you an innovative and interactive dining experience. Our mission is to craft seasonal, locally sourced dishes — creating memories rooted in community, sustainability, and connection.

Our current goal is One pop•up per month in any given location. We are currently serving the Northern Virginia region and the tristate area of VA, WV, & MD. We go where the wind takes us :] Pop•ups allow us flexibility, while we gain traction. We are building from the ground up, as mycelium would have it after all! Our steps are gradual, with the intention of one day finding our permanent residence.
